In this video I talk about some questions I got about the Ninja NeverStick Cookware. I also discuss how I used their warranty to get the pot replaced with very little hassle and delivered in a couple of days and at no charge. Hope this info helps you if you are also having problems.

Awesome review, many reviews on cookware are just bought. The real test is 1 year or more of every day use. I recently saw an update reviewer of a HexClad set. He even took back his initial recommendation after using them for 6 months. The pans he was using everyday started to peel inside and lose its nonstick properties. Looking forward to your next videos.

You are a real trooper for answering questions that can be found on their website. 😂😂😂 I saw the others before it and seems to be the best residential cookware set I've seen. I've been really impressed with every ninja product so far. Thank you for making the videos!

I have had a set for 2 years. In the last 3 months 4 of the pans have started to bubble up and degrade. I bought 2 sixteen piece sets so I have a back up. NEVER fry oil in these pans or make caramel. Those two things get too hot for these pans. I will not purchase again.

Just thought I'd let you in on a little secret that most people don't realize, because it's something lost to time. That blue sponge you're using has an 'abrasive' side. It's not like the green one on the yellow sponge. The color of the sponge and abrasive side actually have a reason. It's used for scrubbing non-stick cookware. It works on the cheapest non-stick I could find, the more expensive anodized non-stick, and of course, the NeverStick stuff (which is also anodized). It was originally designed for use on Teflon when Teflon proved not to be the non-stick it was touted to be, constantly chipping and flaking under the green/yellow sponges. Coincidentally, the cheapest non-stick cookware I could find literally came from Dollar General.

Can't find this answer on internet: neverstick frying pan still safe to use after leaving on high heat for 10-15min? (Accident) Website says you can boil with high heat, but never leave dry pan in high heat for more than 2-3min. I know it's usual ruin after dry high heat for reg nonstick pans due to chemicals etc. But sales-word ambiguity (anodized aluminum) makes me wonder if this pan is recoverable. The pan looks good after cleaning.... I had planned to pitch it, but I'm to curious to know the real truth.

2-29-2024 I bought a 16 piece set on 1-24-2022 and in the past 6 weeks all the pieces have started pitting. I use only silicone spatulas on my cookware and they agreed to replace 5 pieces and claimed 3 pieces were superficially scratched and not covered. At a cost to me Shipping was $28 and will take a month to be delivered. They have a 10 year warranty but clearly this cookware is no better than most not stick cookware.

I am on my third replacement now after 2.5 yrs. Each time they send me a different size than the one I was asking to be replaced as they say the one I requested is out of stock. Super annoying, would not recommend

Hi, Joe ! For some reason I couldn't give the like 👍 to this video today. This never happened before I kept trying but it wouldn't take. Do you know anything about that ? I will try it again tomorrow. BTW, you are absolutely correct in saying to be nice to customer service representatives because they are under a lot of pressure and they will appreciate a calm caller and that would benefit the caller.

in my own words anything nonstick isnt safe i only use stainless steel,cast iron or ceramic
@billgreen1861 Жыл бұрын
Dennis, I'm with you on this, and they ( SS, Cast iron and Ceramic ) do last a lifetime as far as I have noticed. For example all my cooking vessels are more than 35 years old with the exception of the Ceramic cookware which is only 14 years old and, I'm not kidding, they look like new.
@billgreen1861 Жыл бұрын
@@dusan78 It's infused not just a coating, diamond infused is better than ceramic coating they're both very good but, the diamond infused last longer than the ceramic one. Remember never use metal cooking tools in either one of these for longer lasting use.

How do you remove the water that stays in the lids rims after washing. That is frustrating. I love the cookware, but the water trapped in the rims make me worry about bacteria staying trapped there.

boil water in the pan with the lid on, bad bacteria will not survive the high temperature

Would you go stainless steel or ninja non stick for home use? Im torn
@YourEverydayJoe Жыл бұрын
Thank for the question. Lately I've been testing different non stick pans. I think I've come to a conclusion that many nonstick pan coatings even though they may have a lifetime warranty, do not hold up and a good stainless steel pan or properly seasoned carbon steel will outlast them every time.
@alcurtis93 Жыл бұрын
@@YourEverydayJoe thanks. I'll look for a stainless I think. Although I imagine there's a learning curve to avoid sticking coming from non stick

Does the warranty cover ninja cookware purchased from amazon?
@YourEverydayJoe Жыл бұрын
@emilyray8344 the ninja warranty comes direct from the manufacturer,just be sure to register it on the ninja website. It will make the process go much faster when you call for a claim. They will need to do a video chat to verify the claim. Hope that answers your question. Thank you for supporting my channel by watching and commenting. 🙂👍

i wish you would just come out and say it: Ninja customer service is great, but their product is crap with a deceptive lifetime warranty - Circulon nonstick pots and pans are 100x times better with a true lifetime warranty!

I've had a set for 2 years and recently noted multiple chips in the stock pot and a tiny chip in the 3.5 qt sauce pan. Waited on hold for about 40 minutes, they stated that they didn't have those 2 pieces available separately so they are sending me the entire set and even paying for shipping. Also, I do not have to send anything back to them. I'd call that a damn GOOD warranty response!
