Great watch as always 👊🏿. 1999 remains a classic. A shame tho that his career hasn't really taken off the way it should have in recent years. I don't think people are necessarily msd about the Kendrick bars just moreso comes at a random time 😂 when Joey could be maybe focusing on his own music (basically do your own thing and drop dope music then keep it to the raps which is hopefully the angle Joey is going down) but yeah good to see that competitive nature ignited regardless. Also agreed on the Kendrick not responding thing, his beef was with Drake and i think the same way he keot at that during the Drake fiasco is the same way he'll keep it at now where all the other side distractions and stuff just get elft in that "competitive" lane whereas the Drake thing wrnt beyond competitive sparring it was personal so he had to directly address that unlike the rest of the noise he can block out 👊🏿

Thanks for the support, bro! 1999 is indeed a timeless classic. I totally get what you're saying about the Kendrick bars. It does seem a bit random 😂. Joey should definitely focus back on getting to the heights we know his music has the potential to reach. It's great to see that competitive spirit alive, though. And yeah, Kendrick not responding makes sense. His beef with Drake was on a personal level, so he had to address it directly. I'm willing to bet he hears these shots and smiles in respect! Thanks again for watching and sharing your thoughts and always supporting fam! 👊🏿

@TPUNLOCKED no worries fam, always locked in 🫡👊🏿. Keep up the dope work. Your content always helps me de-stress whether it's on here, the skits, the workout content helping me also get myself in check. And yeah I would be very surprised if Kendrick took it as more than a friendly spar. I think Drake was the one entity that he was just waiting to bring the boogeyman out on 😭😭😭 it's like he had been laying in wait for Drake to try him like how a boss fight waits for you to approach in a video game And you'll be happy to know I'm actually starting a new job on Jan 7th, finally took a leap of faith that I'd been hesitating on for a few years and thanks to God 🙏🏿 it paid off so looking forward to that this Tuesday. My old job had me in a rut and loop of no growth so I'm all giddy like a kid again 😂

@@TheOnlyTaps Yo fam, I appreciate you heavy! 🫡Hearing that my content helps you unwind and stay locked in is the ultimate motivation-thank you for rocking with me across the board! 🙏🏿 And you’re right, Kendrick stays ready for that lyrical sparring match 😂 It’s like he’s been chilling in the shadows, waiting for Drake to step up so he could drop that boss-level heat 🔥 Big congrats on the new job! 🎉 Taking that leap of faith is no small thing, and I’m hyped to hear it’s already paying off. God’s timing is perfect, bro. 🙌🏿 💪🏿 Let’s keep pushing and growing together. 💯

J badass is good but he's out of his element going up against Kdot. Very few contemporary MC's id say stack up against Kdot. Jcole maybe, Tyler the creator maybe, JID maybe. not many others.

I agree. He’s talented, but he’s a bit one dimensional creatively imo. He showed some great promise when he hit the scene and has shown the ability to create in a few different lanes. I just think he’s a tier or two below Dot.
