Joe Baker Joey and Cole I can make an exception. But my idea of Hip-hop is different from yours. To me hip-hop: MF DOOM, GXFR, Roc Marciano, Pro ERA, TDE,Spit Gemz, Mhz...cats like that. That follow the 4 elements...these cats you mentiom are more on the industry tip if it makes sense.
@joebaker42116 жыл бұрын
89 Til Infinity Yeah I fully relate. I mean I have a very broad preference. For me my top artists are; MF DOOM, J Dilla, Big L, Joey, Kendrick, Nas, Tyler and Earl Sweatshirt. I'm not heavily into the 'lils' or the drake types at all but I appreciate what they're doing.

Thank you for this. Joey and all of y’all. I want to say really appreciate these because I am a graff writer, producer, and firstly a Bboy from Lancaster PA that mainly gets down in the philly area representation get Illadelph Phlave one of the first Bboy crews in philly and I’m 16. And I fell in love with hiphop when I was 11 after watching freshest kids and style wars. And I know a lot about the history, the music, and the culture. I have been schooled by many OGs. So in essence I live and represent for the old generation to the fullest but am super young. And but the thing is I live in this new generation of hiphop trying to make sense of it all. Because of this I’m truly an anomaly. And just hearing the dialog and thoughts of both of your perspectives is helpful for me in understanding how to make sense of hiphop as a whole. So thanks again Joey you inspire me.🙏🏼
