That’s only true if they actually rely on their community… if they are almost exclusively targeting tourist. They could damn near kill you and it doesn’t matter to their business model bcuz they aren’t expecting you to be a repeat customer. Once the ‘tour’ ends, you are gone and any lingering complaints could only go to your spouse n your god. Also from an Asian family, rice is the main thing we eat with everything else on the side that we add to the rice itself. So a plate of rice with chicken or beef or fish.
