Pretty sure like 95% of the unis are similar to that of theirs. If you really want a change going for the cream of the crop like Cambridge, Oxford, Harvard etc. would be better (but borderline impossible). Because, the industry's changing massively, the unis aren't changing their course structure fast enough to reflect that. So you end with shiet like this. Source: I'm currently a final year uni student (CS Major) and 50% of us haven't been placed because we still learn C,C++ basics while the tech companies are asking for React.js, or other langs. Even if you did get placed, the package was ridiculously low for all the 4 years of hard work. This forces most of the Engg Graduates to invest in higher education to even have a chance.
