Pilots deserve their high pay if not more, people are putting their lives in the hands of these people to get them there safely

Your work ethic is incredible. How you can fly so many legs to so many cities and still do 10 mile runs is just crazy! Plus all the editing and uploads you do. I think u will make that Dallas barbecue place blow up with your viewers with you featuring it on your channel and the food looks so good!

2:23 seriously though, this adds to your fitness in the flight deck and your enhanced ability to cope in an inflight emergency situation - both your airline and the FAA should see this as a real plus and should be using this in pilot training programmes

Fellow airline pilot here (SWA guy) - I’ve lifted for years but really started getting into running. Encouraging to see someone else who doesn’t meal prep 😅. That’s the hardest part of this job for me is just trying to eat reasonably healthy on the road.

Seeing you hit a cold plunge was pretty awesome Joey. 🤙I've been doing cold plunges for almost a year now and I wondered if it would be completely foreign to other pilots. The daily challenge, dopamine spike, and muscle recovery aspect make it priceless to me personally.
