@@JUNK_ZONE they got a couple jams for sure. Never cared enough about any korn riffs to look into their tuning tho lol. Not a fan of their tone either. And let’s be Frank, not many modern hardcore bands use standard tunings, almost strictly drop tunings in the genre. Hearing knocked loose sound so great switching to standard was an eye opener for me when this record dropped.

@@Creature1009 Standard tunings are actually a lot more common than you think in Hardcore. Bands like Speed, Never Ending Game, Terror, Comeback Kid, and many many others are using some variation of standard tuning

low tunings dont sound aggressive at all to me. most of the super brutal bands tune in c. i also dont understand modern model tones. they are so neutered and polite. shouldnt "extreme" music be full of unhinged hatred? i guess you cant fake that thought. please hurt my ears, make my mouth taste like blood, and fill the air with Putrescine.

@@3xarch Nah, it's a program called LP Colorizer. Did some research after the video and found it. It cost me $50 and lets you customize every item and colour in every window. For a one time license fee it's alright I guess. To be able to change the colours is worth it imo. Cheers man

That's Logic 9. He's now on 10 though. On the actual NTM stream I asked why he hadn't yet switched to LPX and he said it was just no downtime to adapt to the new workflow and redo all of the key commands

Amp sims, 23 tracks... Maybe rock is fucking Dead. Seriously an atrocious guitar sound. It's so unorganic and processed. Made for fucking air pods and phone speakers. Put this shit on a real stereo, your ears hate you. Bands used to have quality amplifiers and equipment with simple microphone setups that sounded light-years more realistic than the crap shat out of a computer these days
