Funny to come upon this... the Oslo Philharmonic is 22 years older than I am and the date of this performance IS my 78th birthday... a good American male whose mother's family is from Stavanger and whose father's family is from Trondheim. I really should have emigrated to Norway YEARS ago. These are my people! And I love this orchestra.

really fantastic, every aspect- composition, orchestra, conductor, engineers, the hall. gorgeous cello solo also.
