Que concerto leve e agradável de se ouvir! 💐🌸❤️🥰

What I really love about this recording is the background noise of lorries or trucks in a very noisy city where they obviously were unable to completely sound proof the studio

Beautiful concerto! I love the music of JC Bach and The Hanover Band are always excellent. Thanks for sharing!

Agree. JCB's music deserves way more exposure and concert time. He is a major go-to source for me when I need to soak up some unobtrusive, albeit outstanding music.

I do not know to waht extent this is an original or a transcribed score. My musicoloic book about JSB's soins do noit quote this work. Actually, concerting works by CPE and JC do exist in an "original" version and trascriptions for varouis intsruements written or at least approvzd by the composer. This art fo transcription was quite usual at that time, and their father was a master in it. Son all these transcriptions are extremely well written and they sound just as being originals. Knowing the original version is of course quite interseting, but by noiw ways should lead to despise these transcriptions. We can note in that concerto quite idiomatic violin writing in solo parts, so if this is a "transcrption", it has been masterly and depply revised to fit with the chosen soloist instrument.
