Basically the location has been the site of a Demonic Possession of the Night Care Taker who used to the stay at the location. And it is believe that the well where the blood from the slaughter house was washed down is now a portal to Hell AND there is a Staircase right next to the well the leads up but goes nowhere (a dead end stair case) and the staircase is believed to be a portal to heaven
