Thankyou for sharing this process Johanna, it has encouraged me not only to declutter and clean my art space, but to be more grateful for the space I have and to steward the area much better. You really touched me when you said the thoughts of leaving all the stuff to family, and how you arrived at it being okay to have things for my own happiness, as long as they know they can keep or get rid of things if I'm gone. This helped me as this is something I have struggled with thinking my kids wont want all this stuff, and also, I've had my mother's things for years knowing they were important to her but not knowing what to do with them. This helps me to release myself from the stuff. I am looking forward to sorting my things now as I have to move soon too, so a good way to look forward with it all. Also I never seem to know where anything is and it looks nice watching your space become more organised for you, it must be exciting rediscovering all the goodies you have, looking forward to this part ;) .

I am inspired to get my little craft room done now. It's been a disaster since before the holidays and now it's time. I wish it was a large as yours! But, time for a good clean. I love your style of journaling and love all of the items you've collected to make the room truly your own.

I keep my area clean because I moved it all to my room years ago from the frontroom... BUT, I couldn't tell you the last time I actually went thru drawers and cleaned them. I could probably declutter more...I have told my girls that when I die, they can read all junk journals, journals and see everything I've kept and remembered and then discard of them as they please. Hoping my granddaughters read them too since they're in them and Lots of lil drawings they've done and things they've said. Lol loved this video!!!!

Great job, Johanna! It's a big chore to clean and re-organize a room. I need to do that, too, but for now I'm in the process of using up all the supplies that I have. I've become bored with making cards, so need to find something else to do. Thank you and take care.

It's so tidy now and you've really inspired me to do similar. Things just pile up as we collect them and the need to be thorough in working out what's important, what isn't used much and what to keep. I love the idea of your stamps in CD cases, using that CD stacker is a great idea. Thanks for sharing your organizing skills. The room looks fantastic. Enjoy future ventures.

Thank you, my friend! I needed this to motivate me to organize my room. I wrote in my bullet journal all the things i needed to do in the month of January and ive been procrastinating. Its just so overwhelming when you need to organize and don't know where to start. I also have to put some shelves I've had in my garage that would be nice for me to put some of my pictures and decorations i have still in boxes since i moved into my new home. We've been through so much the past 5 months i think this will make me feel better in my creative space. Thank you for giving me the umph i needed lol. I will film my process as well. Hope you stop by and see how you motivated me. 🥰😘❤ Sending warm hugs.

So Fantastic...and so inspiring...I finally have a room for all my creativity. We've changed out our tiny dining room that really doesn't serve our family anymore with kids being older and working at their desks, it was a useless room...BUT NOT ANYMORE!!! I'm over the moon and feel so happy that I can create somewhere! Thank you for showing us your tips and productive tips!! xo

Hi Johanna, perhaps a fresh new plant to mark the new year & new beginnings on the top of the CD/stamp holder? Anyway, just a thought 🤔 I am in the process of the complete overhaul. I have too much stuff and it is time to release, share and let go. Needs must and all of that. It brings up a lot of issues for me, which I find the most exhausting part of the process. But also a very rewarding and necessary part. Best wishes to you and your family for 2025. Much love from Tasmania, VickiB 😊❤
