this is perhaps the best performed version of this that I've seen. these two have got the whole comedic timing thing down, especially in the earlier parts of this song. The singing is superb (though I've heard it sung better) but it's the comic timing and their chemistry together that really sells it.

Ruthie Henshall went on to become a Super Star in the U.K. and did not do to badly in the US either. When she sings "It is like we never said good-bye" or "Send in the clowns" or "All that jazz". watch her facial expressions and tell me that she makes the line "you can't escape the feeling of the magic in the music" come alive. She stole my heart right away form my GF.
