Millennials watch and witness. This is an individual who grew up in a time without the (social) media hype messing with his ego. Notice how relaxed he is. How he can acknowledge if someone else might be better than him. Him being intrinsically motivated (doing it for the fun of it), rather than being concerned of what others think or expect from him. This is a healthy mind.

as a pain physician who specializes in regenerative medicine treatments, John should get his shoulders treated with a regenerative treatment. It is rare that it does not "tighten" and rejuvenate the strength of tendons and ligaments. You can have the rotator cuff surgically repaired but the "cuff" is still loose. Tendons may get surgically reattached or cartilage trimmed, but only regenerative injections will restrengthen these damaged loosened ligaments/tendons. There are a few specialists in Arizona but John should give these a try if he still suffers from shoulder or elbow pain or instability. IF someone can pass the word to John I would love to help him. I can refer him to someone in Arizona or I would treat him with no charge but he would have to fly to Minneapolis. I love watching him AR

I always thought that John was a great sportsman. I'm even more impressed after this interview. He has the right to trash talk more than any other athlete who has been at the top of their sport. He is a living legend yet he is as humble as they get. He even has a healthy attitude about those who use "the juice" too (we all know who they are). It's great to see him relaxing and conversing in his back yard with a conscientious, well articulated and respectful interviewer. I also like the playful jabs towards Devon. I really like what you're doing, Blue. Keep up the enthusiasm, your level of class, and the healthy promotion of the sport. You are helping us in getting to know the important players. I think interest in the sport IS growing due to the internet. You wouldn't believe that from where I am (living beside a rainforest national park in the "outback" of Costa Rica) that I was able to watch the Bottom 8 competition live-streamed! Keep this great content coming. I'm subbed and a fan. And congrats on your well-deserved Bottom 8 win! Cheers.

You know what I like about John the best. He's not pretentious he is just a Solid alpha male . He looks straight at the camera answers questions he's never silly he just a straight up throwback and reminds me of life father. I believe this all contributes to why he was so great and still is for so long there's nothing silly about that dude. He's always been great while working a full time job. John has made many sacrifices to be good when most would be lazy and put off till the next day I think John sacrificed and put out what he needed to do to be the best. This is my opinion and does not make it right.

I want a new movie/ documentary strictly about John’s life and career. John Brzenk deserves all this respect. I don’t care one bit what the haters say. That man has done things that no one will be able to achive most likely. He’s soon to be 60 years old and still competes at a very high level.
