John Deere 4066R and MetalPless Agrimaxx 7-12 plowing small parking lot

We received a bit more than 1" from a clipper system that slammed through here early this morning (Nov, 16) This is the first time I plowed this lot, its not a usual client and wasn't staked. Aerial Footage of my John Deere 4066R setup plowing this 4700sqft lot.

I have same set up jd4066R Normand 82 inverted blower , up front Kage plow 8foot sub frame mounted , when I plow a road 6” snow tractor always goes straight instead of turning , any feed back as to why ?

I think the Kage stick out farther...can you angle it when turning? If i have troubles turning (make sure you are in 4 wheel drive) i lift it an inch or two off the ground and usually it turns on a dime. I'm always in box mode if i have to push around a corner or something.

How much do you have invested in that setup? Does it work on big lots? Seems expensive

Prices are regional, but assume around $54k for tractor...$10k for blower and 13k for blade and under frame. And yeah...what size lots are you thinking? It works awesome but i would say on those big mondo lots where you have to push snow three city blocks it would probably be too small. Good for touchups, but you’d want to go much bigger and on a loader. For what I do...this is perfect.

@@michaelfreeman3542 yes...take the blower and plow off...but leave the under frame mount in place. I use it for three point attachments...Harley rake and grass drill seeder.

@@dantekeskin1512 non-stop until it’s done. If it magically ever stopped snowing at 3pm, I may do residential first, but in the 100 times I’ve plowed in the last few years...I think I’ve done it once.
