As an alternative to your conveyor belt setup for removing the roof debris off the 822, check with the rulebook/ engineers whether you could put a chequer plate 'false top roof' on the 822 to tip the debris off and use a two stage double acting telescopic hydraulic cylinder mounted on the lower left side front of the large main tipping body cover. (telescopic ram examples www.southhydcyl.com/telescopic/crosstube-cylinder/ ) . Truck tipping decks usually have a a working dump angle between 45 and 57 degrees. Could source the 'false roof' tipping hydraulic flow from the existing cover hydraulic system, with modifications such as some diverter valves. As a pivot point for the 'false roof' probably at the top rear of the tipping cover where the TC lettering is. Might need a safety warning circuit to show operator in the cab when the false roof is up and use a shipping container security lock to clamp down the 'false roof' when an operator is on the machine's roof and when roading the machine on a low boy trailer.
