Feels so cool that units I built at my job at John Deere dubuque works in action. Takes about an 8 hour day to build a 333G from start to finish. We build 42 units a day.

He also has a variety of operators some good some bad and they tear them up in short order we have ran cat Takeuchi and kubota. We have logged 10k hours on them and the old cat with asv tracks cost a fortune to keep going I will never run them again. The Takeuchi and the kubota are about the same with easy access doors and great stability on cliffs and rocks we run ours on the most demanding terrain some so steep you can barely walk them and they handle it day in and day out it comes down to service and maintenance.

We have a 333G purchased new in 2017 from Cazenovia Equipment in CNY. We use it on our small crop farm and for our landscaping business and it has been an excellent machine. We had one slight issue when it was a couple days old, other than that it’s worked flawlessly and will lift almost anything you put in front of it.

I do concrete for a living as a contractor. Stuff like your House we would pour is and place a kinda reusable Bubble Wrap on top to protect it from the cold, works depending on the thickness of the pour and the choosen Cement, down to 14 F when the Ground isnt frozen rock solid. For Jobs like your Shop.. we would build the side walls, and foundation, so they put up the shop and roof, and would pour the base under the cover of the roof, so we can smooth the concrete to your needs. Btw Brian, if you ever want to pull the dozers in the Shop. The transition should be smooth ebven more with floor heat, and ask the local gravel pitts/Quarrys for some feet of used comveyor belts. and throw it between the tracks and the floor to keep it unscratched.

I gotta admit, I love the ASV machines...Their undercarriage makes it glide across the ground & for a VERY comfortable day's work for the operator, & is perfect for ag use. & always buy a CTL with a 4-in-1 bucket, which will out perform a 6-in-1 dozer blade any day in the right hands.

One thing about Deere skiddies, they have a lot of hydraulic power and output. Stay away from the botas,,,, that’s my advice. Now, if you want a horse of a skiddy,,, and I know you’re turning your nose up on CAT, but the 289’s and 299’s are super good. I’ve got the 299 with the forestry package, extra hydraulic cooler. It IS a rubber tracked dozer. And by the way? All the new cats and Deere have the codes to start them now. 😂

We have both a Deere 325G skid loader and a cat 289d. We run a big farm operation and everyone hates the Deere over the cat, the controls are jerky, it's less comfortable and the hydros under the cab are louder on the Deere. If you want to do delicate work that cat is without a doubt better but for quick get in and go kinda work the Deere isn't bad . Also worth noting are cat is at least 4 years older than the Deere and has given us next 2 no trouble and it's been run hard .

Awesome to see the 331 demo....... Did you figure out the Joystick "sensitivity" (speed at which hydraulics react) on the keypad...... it makes a big difference when trying to ie: feather gravel on a driveway or like when cousin Ben was just pushing, lifting and moving gravel.... finesse vs. aggressive - 3 levels Note: we own a 331G. Every brand has different kwirks..... I prefer the Deere.

Skid loader preference must be a regional thing? The negative Kubota comments are interesting. I am a supervisor for the largest landscape and grading contractor in the area. We run eight SVL75's and run them hard. We rarely, and I mean almost never, have a mechanical issue with them. I can't remember a single engine issue. On the other hand, we have 12 ASV RT30's. Why so many? Because so many are broke down at any given time. They exist only for confined spaces. I'd guess that Kubota has at least 50% of the market around here, CAT 25% and Bobcat the majority of the remaining. Very few Deere, Case, etc. I can't remember seeing a JCB other than at the machinery show. I ran an SVL75 myself for six years for my previous employer and never had a single issue. Follow prescribed maintenance and work it. One of my buddies bought a very nice CAT because of the cab. It was comfortable and quiet. I ran it for him when he would get behind and enjoyed every minute of it. He traded it for a Kubota 95 because it was at the dealer shop more than on his job sites.

@taterstang Жыл бұрын
I have a deere and have zero issues opening the door with the bucket up. Just has to be higher then the door and the door opens easily. Plus if for some reason it would break down with the bucket infront of the door there is a hydraulic release handle that drops the bucket down so u can get out. So not sure why people think the doors are a issue? Not to mention the deere actually seals and doesn't rattle like those Kubota doors in my experience. But like I always say go with the one that has good service in your area unless it's bobcat then run away haha jk

Nothing smells like a John or runs away like a deer 🤷 I've ran bobcats, Kubota and a new holland, honestly the Kubota was my favorite. But at the end of the day, brand new equipment is brand new equipment. Give it 5, 10, 20 years and let's talk about it again. I loved playing in the dirt and rocks with the old bobcat (old as in 28 years old) it was a super sweet no nonsense machine. Easy to maintain, cheap to operate, it really never had anything major happen to it. To each their own but at the end of the day, I just couldn't allow myself to get anything that has an animal that runs from everything on it 😁.
