How about the slaves that were OWNED by other freed black people?? 4000 owned over 12,000 slaves . So, who gets reparations and who pays ?? How about the Irish slaves?? How about all the slaves across the globe across all time??

The Irish were not slaves. They lived in servitude but had options African slaves did not.
