John Deere Z950M Fire Hazard Recall, My Temporary Solution

I just had the white connector at the voltage regulator catch on fire. Cut the connector off and in stalled female spades. No issues since.

I still don’t know what the issue with the voltage regulator catching fire is but maybe it’s the connection like you found out. Glad it wasn’t worse for you.

Seems like some pretty low cost insurance.
