His Last name is Delorean, NOT DeLorean or De Lorean or de Lorean. He stylized his last name to DeLorean to pass as French, when it actually was Romanian.

I had to chuckle at 9:30.....when in 1981 even the Corvette was more powerful than a DeLorean.....and that sure wasn't saying much. Vettes were pretty gutless in those years.

**DeLorean** didn't invent anything!!! He did however design cars and some nice ones at that which is a lot more than anyone can say about Elon Musk. The original Tesla was actually a 2006-2008 Lotus Elise. Lotus, you know that old British car company. So yeah, Musk basically bought up a bunch of 2-door Lotus sports cars, did an electric engine swap, stuck a Tesla badge on it and called it his baby. At least DeLorean actually designed his cars!

Do the real MATH onces. Stop the inflation rate junk. If the gold oz, was about $20, and today is about $2,000, how much money is really today ? 200k/ 20 = 10,000. Meaning, he was making about 20 millions of today money
