John Dillworth ~ Angry Cabaret Remastered HD preview

So instead of rehashing crap for the third time let me show you something new. this is a short preview of angry cabaret animated short that aired on MTV in the 1994 made by John R DIllworth. Remastered straight off the the D1 digital tape in full quaality with stereo sound. this will be in a blu ray remastered shorts release that ive been working on for John for a few years now.
this short has unfortunately been somewhat lost to time. only low quality vhs rip on youtube exist. and the raw i got from dillworth is not the final render. this was the final cut before it was sent off to MTV to add in the music video segments. so me and William Hohauser had to recreate the video segments with all new footage and then used shazam to find out the songs used that being move any mountain, playing with knives, and the hit man. then editing every frame individually to add on a green screen for the video. which was a pain in the arse. i dont know how they did this back in the 90s.
anyways my plan once the blu ray release if out there im going to try to remake this as close to the mtv release as possible. on the blu ray since its being sold. rules must be followed regarding copyright law in a strict fashion. but here on yotube using short few secound clips wont bring lawyers to the door. thats my plan anyways.

its an interesting story but i said id would jokingly remaster his cartoon if he didnt. i later ended up buying his dvd that had his shorts took one of them (life in transition) and make it in to HD and send him the link. he was so impressed i got a email from him asking if i wanted to the entire collection (around 17 animations) and i said sure :P later that year i went to new york and had lunch with John. we talked for several hours it was a fun emperience! ive since then gotten his master tapes to get even higher quality for the HD release along with film raws anyways the blu ray is nearly complete. and john new short will be i nthe set as an extra blu ray since the current one is maxed out on time.

@@HiraethDesu its going to be purchasable via his website. 2 single blu ray will eventually become a 2 bluray set with howl if you love me on a stand alone disc since the other is loaded up to the max with out degrading the video quality. (roughly 210 minutes at 15mbps h264) as for this i havent actually gotten the permission to release my own version on angry but im pretty sure he will be ok with it. never the less if hes not then thats fine too. thats will be a free release.
