This is Australia's unofficial national anthem, this song is held deep with in each of our hearts. The meaning of this song is the same today as it was 40 years ago. This song can bring any group of people together and unite them as one, and it's true, we are stronger together. The meaning, the voice, the performance, the band, EPIC! John has recorded Help in the original Beatles tempo. But he has also recorded a slower, far more emotional, version, which is just stunning. The emotion pours out of his very soul. And his audience take over a few lines just after the start of the song - it's a masterclass by the master of live performance. It will never be surpassed. 6.1.24. UK. E❤

John is one of a kind. You need to hear more from our National Treasure. Aussie's call him "The Voice", and you will understand why when you check out some more of his clips. He has over 6 Decades to choose from, having started in 1967, he was still performing in his 70s and still sounding fantastic. Only stopped performing due to the Covid lockdown. John is a humble, lovely person as well. He loves his audiences, and they love him back, so choose "Live" performances, that's where he shines his best. John has been the only Australian artist to have a number-one record (album or single) in five consecutive decades. John has been fighting over the past year following a diagnosis of "Mouth Cancer" and an 11+ hour surgery to remove the tumor and part of his jaw. This week is a great week, Australia has just learned John is now Cancer-Free and already starting to sing around the house. John just turned 74. May he be with us for many more. 💞

This song came out in 1986 from his Whispering Jack Album this album spent 26 weeks in the charts. This is the unofficial Australian national anthem. Always react to John live his beautiful personality comes shining through and the crowd reacting with John. John did not write this song he pinched it to put on his album but was johns idea for the Scottish bagpipes. John can sing anything. Check out help live from the same concert.
