I saw him at the O2 in London on the Celebrations tour after he got the rights back. They were always his songs, but it was an unforgettable experience. He was one happy man, and we were there to celebrate with him. Ask me to name the most undrerrated talent in rock music, and I'd name him without hesitation. A songwriter of genius, and, unlike some others, what you see is what you get. In performance he is just obviously so happy to be up there doing what he loves best. Blue jeans, check shirt, this is a blue collar musician, but one who leaves others standing.

I have this playing on loop. Sean Murphy just hit a homerun to straight centerfield for the Braves vs Mets in the first game of a double header. Right after Olson hit his second homer, which leads MLB, passing Shohei Ohtani. What a song and what a game baseball is!
