Every time Kenny Aranoff plays with anyone he takes something out of the song. Just overly loud and aggressive playing with too perfect of a snare. Highly talented but it sounds like he should be playing with nickelback.

I guess that's why he lasted only 17 years with John Mellencamp and 27 years (so far) with John Fogerty. Funnily enough, loud and aggressive seem to be positive qualities whenever people talk about the late John Bonham.
