Makes me wonder if they got their Tecmo Bowl locally in Colorado. I never saw that cabinet anywhere else at all the arcades I went to in colorado except the one at Villa Italia mall, which as been torn down since. There is something that adds to the appeal knowing it might of been one you played on as a teenager.

I love these kinds of vids. I wish you would have moved a little bit slower on the showroom floor just to see the games / cab art. 7 min in you really start zooming by. Awesome tour! Looking at all the monitors im surprised you didn't mention something about your 720 monitor.

John, Point Blank is definitely the gun game to get, and you want it with the original guns. I've worked at Namco Arcades for many years up until they all died out. You can keep going back to Point Blank over any other gun game and the reason is because all of the stages are randomized. Wit memorization in Time Crisis, Area 51, Virtua Cop and of course the FMV shooters, they get boring way too fast.

Hey John, Love your channel. Love the tips, tricks and general how to's when it comes to fixing up a cabinet. I have been doing MAME for some time now, but have been wanting to do a Dig Dug for a long time. Think I might give it a try. I live in GA. Very difficult to find a place around here to get cab's. This past weekend I went to PA. On the way I stopped at CoinOp Warehouse in Hagerstown MD. Ever been there? Lot's of parts and anything and everything coin op. Picked up a 25'in monitor for $100. This is the ultimate Coin Op graveyard. You should check it out if you ever get a chance.

that's a pretty awesome warehouse! Wouldn't mind owning the DDR 5th mix, the Initial D or hell even that Mario Kart AGP3! On vector games I do still like Asteroids, yes even the original! I like Tempest although I'm not particulary good at it, lol. I vaguely remember a cockpit Red Baron at an arcade many years ago, it was neat. Star Wars Episode 4 I would totally still play today if my local pizza parlor still had it :( Great videos though, keep em coming!

Great video, John. Good to see you make it midwest a bit. I wish Game Exchange would take a few minutes worth of care for their pinball machines at the Rocky Mountain Pinball Showdown every year. All of their used games, without question, are never leveled, features or lamps don't work, and the flippers are weak and misaligned. Then they put a price tag on each game with some ridiculous price that implies its all ready to play and been shopped. If you ever get to the Showdown, you'll see what I mean. They've literally brought in games to the showroom floor that won't pop a ball out into the shooter lane for all 3 days because they just can't be bothered to give a shit. Frustrating and poor representation for them and the Showdown.
