John Grisham's The Litigators Book Review

Your comments about the Jake Brigance novels make me want to read them more. I've read some other Grisham novels (The Firm, The Pelican Brief, The Rainmaker and The Runaway Jury), and they have some similarities among them, but at worst they're solid novels and at best they are absolutely fantastic. My favorites out of those four are The Firm and The Rainmaker (and their movies are great too!) For some reason, I have three copies of The Pelican Brief: a Spanish "pocket" paperback that I lent my mom to read, an American mass market paperback with a movie-themed cover (the one I read), and a late 1992 printing of the original hardcover, which I got because it's pretty and was extremely cheap (and in great condition, too).

This book definitely had some hilarious scenes, and the absurdism of hiring a doctor who could barely speak English was great!
