Last time i was at Strawberry Fields Yoko showed up! That was very special. I had a few seconds to speak with her. I told her we all Love You! She threw a kiss and walked away. I am sure many recorded that. I have a special photo i took.Yoko! We do miss you " PEACE "

Wish I could have been there for this celebration of an amazing legend on his Birthday. 🎉 such a beautiful sight seeing all of the love for John Lennon. I’ve been to Strawberry Fields years ago with my Son, it was so moving people were playing and singing and self appointed “Mayor” of Strawberry Fields spoke fondly of John Lennon with some stories of his encounters. Thank you for posting this beautiful video.

What a crowd & tribute to John and George....I was there in 2011(in September) as I walked away from the gardens Yoko was walking to them through the park,I didn't say anything we just looked at each other,she had security guards around her,..fan from 🇬🇧

I remember the night John was killed so clearly! I mourned him for over a year as if a beloved one had died - because he had. On the 8th I lit a yahrzeit (Jewish memorial candle) for him, as I've done every year since his death. I still love his music, with and without the Beatles, still love him. It's good to see so many young people at this commemoration/celebration. He's not history to them, he still lives. And he always will.
