This guy was, and IS, a musical giant!! John had died before I discovered him and that is my loss. I own almost everything he released and that part of my music collection is sacred. JM was the real deal. Singer, songwriter AND one of the best guitar players ever! What a legacy he left to us who appreciate amazing music! Thank you for this upload!

same here…he’s the only musician who can all of a sudden reduce me to tears…his music touches my soul…I was fortunate in that I also grew up in Glasgow and was also brought up by my grandparents…I knew John because my bf had an older brother who was best friends with John Martin…they were older than us but we looked up to them and loved hanging out with them…they gave us our first drug experience 🤪…I grew up with John’s music and always still went to see him playing live…there will never be another raw talent the same as Johns…he is and was unique…I thank him for the precious gift of all his music that he has left us…R.I.P. my dear John Martin…you are sadly missed for sure ❤…

Only one of his song is the best. "Iam going home". Just one song. Other songs and guitar style music is not really good. Iam not sure cocain and alkohol was good for him.
