Something about mid 2000s early 30 year old John Mayer just had whatever it is that makes a great musician and song writer and singer. He had the confidence and talent. He just had it. He had the mix of cockiness and actual skill and talent to have it. Now I’m not saying he doesn’t nowadays, but during the continuum days just everything he did that it factor seeped out of it.
