Fun story. I was at Jim Olsen's, he was building a guitar for me (he makes about 20 a year and I got the blessing of experiencing that!) While at his shop, John Mayer texted Jim and basically begged him to build a guitar for him. Jim showed me and said, "I love this." He texted back, "How do i know this is really John Mayer?" 5 minutes later another text came in... it was a video of John in a hallway saying, "It's really me!" My Olsen is stunningly amazing. And Jim is a great human. I love this musical world we live in. Thank you for putting all your talent on KZbin for us all to learn from.

Well what I would add is I am not a huge John Mayer fan - I’m not yet he has helped me a lot as a musician. Your body is a wonderland is a nice song. I don’t hate, he’s pretty good at blues too. I appreciate him Sharing knowledge though.
