Thanks for posting this. My wife and I were lucky enough to score floor seats at the last minute to celebrate our Anniversary. What a wonderful night. Intimate, great tone and vocals (and we didn't hear all that shrill screaming, thank God!). Just wonderful. We saw him with full band a few years ago but this show was different. The set with the double neck guitar, in particular Edge of Desire, was glorious. Thanks to this post, I've listened to EoD again and again. Each time with a visceral emotional reaction. Just amazing. Life is good.

I had the amazing opurtunity of going to this show and i just have to say, it exeeded my already high expectations. He can accomplish, with one guitar and mic, what artists look for their whole careers. His ability as a performer is unmatched. His energy and the energy in the crowd came together to make it something really special. The intimacy and closeness between him and the crowd is something you dont see everyday. As a guitar player, crazy mayer fan, and a overall appreciater of music in general, it was a night I will never forget and my favorite concert I've ever been to. Thanks John!!!

❤ John, his music reaches so many people.. Saw him in Melbourne Australia, many years ago.. this was such a treat to come up on my radar on KZbin... would have loved to be there , a touch envious .. I do feel a bit sorry for the people around that girl screaming all the time... people go to a concert to share time with the artists, concert goers need to respect the others in the crowd and not scream like a banshee, to spoil it for others, nails on a chalkboard..... Hopefully one day we will be lucky enough for John to come back Down Under...❤❤❤

It's great that I could be at this intimate concert 7,121 km in the distance from me.✈✈ Thank you for sharing. I know on you , Americans , are not impressed by such distances and in fact, in the age of media, this world is already one global village, it's just a pity that it is so divided and fucked up.😔 But music soothes mores and John is a specialist in this. I admire the physical condition and commitment. It is not easy to organize such a solo tour, experience it and still amaze the fans. He’s straight amazing. I loved seeing him in Atlanta earlier this year. I will say it’s interesting hearing the difference between the PRS and Strat (The Black1) when he plays Gravity. I prefer the tone of the Strat, but it’s great nonetheless.
