Martin Guitars has produced two permutations of the OM28-JM signature acoustic guitar, in runs of 404 and 100, respectively. John also owns and plays a Martin D-18 large body dreadnought acoustic as well as an OM-EC Eric Clapton acoustic. As for the one in the video. I'm not sure. I'm guessing it's one of the guitars I just mentioned.

Yea pretty much. Pretty sure someone from Aware records just saw him playing at a bar. He self produced his first EP before that though.

Not really. He got something going in Georgia and got the record deal from that popularity but it was a small local thing. This is showing when he was just starting to get national attention
