I think the bright side is that this would have likely been a dominant win should Jalen have been in the game. Second time playing a tough divisional opponent as well who needed to win and we came out hot. Sucks to have blown that lead still and for it be drops again that cause us a loss.

1. No it wasn't he was outmatched by the Eagles it had nothing to do with his ribs. He was also outmatched the whole first half by the Eagles D while healthy, he only started going off when the Eagles offense started giving him short fields and the defense lost half its players including its best zone safety. 2. I hope we play them again because that was the flukiest win of all time, if Jalen is in that game we blow ya'll out by 20 points. It took half our defense being out and the removal of our MVP caliber QB for you guys to BARELY win against Kenny Pickett and ya'll acting like you won the SB lol. A part of me would rather see Minnesota at home for the divisional round opposed to Going to Minnesota for a potential NFC Championship game. He did a decent job on that last drive and the drive before he hit Barkley who dropped it. Nothing sucks more than drops. U just have to be clutch. I think we were maybe too passive on previous drives settling for field goals / the play calling wasn’t great when we got close to the red zone.

@ it didn’t help that Pickett threw that interception on his second drive. Also saquon broke out a huge run which might have given him the confidence to keep trying. Again we were a couple drops away and we did move the ball, just couldn’t close the deal. I actually have more confidence in the team overall. I was more dissatisfied with the lack of discipline on Jalen Daniels - allowing him to have those huge rushes is unacceptable imo.

That defense was gassed! The offense kept going 3&out and when they did get in the red zone it was 3pts. The defense stayed fresh cause Jalen kept eating up the clock.

My dude, that elite defensive unit was on the field non-stop because the Eagles offense with Pickett couldn't even get a first down, it doesn't matter how good the defense is if they are tired from being on the field too long. Also the defense held tight until CJ was ejected, without CJ we have a massive hole in the secondary that can be exploited. Which is why the deep ball suddenly started working for Washington.
