Lions QB1 Jared Goff is still in his 20s, just got married and is the leading THE BEST team in The NFL right now. That decision is a LONG way off.
@MrZola123415 сағат бұрын
@ he has a ways to go. There is no guarantee he will sniff a SB again, but given that he misses very little action and is a pure drop back passer, there is a decent chance he will be top 10ish in TDs and yards.

And if my aunt had balls, she’d be my uncle! Come on guy, one ring doesn’t guarantee you a gold jacket. He’s definitely a top 10 qb, but he’s not Mahomes, Allen or Lamar. If he was that good McVey wouldn’t have gotten rid of him for Stafford, even after he led them to a Super Bowl appearance.

Goff’s first 9 years in the league are statistically similar to Peyton Manning’s first 9 years only difference is Goff hasn’t won a MVP yet but I don’t think Sean McVay trading him should hurt his case for being in the HOF. Plus, if he gets to the Super Bowl this year he’ll join Brady, Manning and Warner as the only QBs to led 2 different teams to the Super Bowl

Florio’s take on St Brown is a joke. Saying he’s not worth the money, what he doesn’t seem to understand is SB is one of the better blocking downfield receivers in the league, He also gets and catches the ball when it absolutely matters. That’s what makes him worth the money.

Part owner of a team is no big deal. Celebrities, business people and sports stars invest all the time. Like magic , etc. he can do whatever he wants. Broadcasting games is pretty easy for a football junkie like him. Sounds like sour grapes on your part.

It is 100% a conflict of interest to be an owner of a team and have access to game plans each week of the two teams that he covers each week. This is even more serious given the long history of cheating that his team participated in. These are facts not debatable, despite your fanship.

Or, a "CEO" head coach that hires the right OC...ever hear of the Detroit Lions? Your way can work, but I think it's easier to find a CEO that can hire the right coordinators than it is to find an OC that can actually be a HC...that is an enormously challenging job that very few can do, especially if they need to run the offense.
