I remember reading letters from mom to my fellow airmen back in 1994 during the gulf war, and then again reading letters to my fellow marines I 2002 during the global war on terrorism. I purposely dud that to bring morale to the soldiers since the letters gave them purpose and not feel abandoned.

As someone who worked for the postal service, I was always so proud to deliver packages and letters from servicemen/women overseas to their family/loved ones. This masterpiece will forever remain close to my heart.
