Yes, there are a lot of them, but most of the new, really talented musicians are usually non-mainstream musicians who cannot be found on traditional music channels on radio or TV. This is the problem. Currently, good music can be found mainly on Spotify, YT and other streaming services.

I love this song. It takes me back to unforgettable years of my youth. Chile was a very difficult country to live in, but in some way, music helped me to see the world with a very optimistic view. John Miles probably didn't write this song for that purpose. But it was one of those bonuses that happen spontaneously...Thank you John!

I was just 13 years old when this record came out at a children's home in Cheltenham and this record came on the radio in my social workers car on the way home to my mum gran and brother in Havant Hampshire near Portsmouth I first heard it then and have loved it since.

In 1976 I was in the RAF stationed at Brüggen in W Germany. RAF Brüggen was virtually next door to the Dutch border and only a couple of miles from Roermond. We could easily pick up 'Neddy' 1 and 'Neddy' 2 TV on the base, and I more than likely watched this broadcast of AVRO TopPop. Happy days.

Maybe I was too young at the time this song was a hit in the Netherlands, I did not quite get it all, especially the crawling lady, but the baseline has travelled with me during my life as a reminder of youth. Now I just heard the song again on my radio, looked it up and finally learned some background. Amazing. Such great potential this guy. I promise I will play his music to my children so they can pass it on too.
