As a society can't say murder is okay. He was one CEO among many. The insurance company he belonged to is located in 70 countries. The killer senselessly killed a perfect stranger and didn't even have the courage to face him and let him know why he had chosen to kill him when they didn't even know each other. Most murders are by people that are known to each other over some personal dispute, which is what makes this so much more heinous because he never even got a chance to see who was about to kill him before being killed. Also, it really feels like before they come back from the pharmaceutical or healthcare commercial that this is "brought to you by" the producer of this nonsense is on set telling them all to really upsell how bad the killing of this CEO and to condemn. Seems like a bit of a conflict of interest. 3rd, if i was on Luigis law team id show the 3 second video of the murder then make the MANHATTEN jury watch of 3 hours of 9/11 footage and tell them that the Manhattan DA wants the jury to believe that one rich CEO is worth 3000 Americans.

Not condoning what Luigi did, however the security around him and labeling him as a “terrorist” is beyond exaggerated. Why has it become a federal case all of a sudden, because they’ve found that the public is defending him and want to make an example out of him? That wouldn’t be just. If they are thinking clearly, they’d make amends with all those concerned and sentence him to a minimal sentence in order to sway public opinion to the opposite direction (i.e. focusing on the fact that what he did was wrong and that violence is never a solution), he’s popular enough to influence people in the right direction! Food for thought. Rip and prayers and blessings to all involved.
@jokn-p7d6 сағат бұрын
They are adding more charges to make sure he does time regardless of the trial outcome , because they know the jury will likely be on his side and acquit him.
“For-profit” or “insurance” two terms that should never be allow near a healthcare system. Some things in life should not be based on a “business model." For example, the fire department. There is no profit motive. There is no concern about whether you could “afford” to have the fire put out or not. You make the call and the firefighters do their best to put it out. Healthcare could be just like the fire department. No pre-authorization middle man insurance company needed.
