Plant proteins are often, but not always, incomplete sources of protein, because they dont contain all the amino acids you need in your diet. And when he said "where do animals get protein since they eat plants" literally made me cried 😭 how about reading some books and gain knowledge rather than living in the gym 24/7! Herbivores have digestive systems that contain bacteria that have the enzymes necessary to break down cellulose. Once the cells are broken down they can access proteins, sugar and fat locked inside plant cells. But we humans dont have the same kind of digestive system like the herbivores. Eat whatever you want. no one cares. But misinforming people just because you believe in certain ideologies is absolutely wrong. And we are omnivores meaning we can digest both meat and plants so you can eat both or one of them or none! Totally upto you but guilt tripping people just because they eat meat is absolutely criminal. And I dont expect much from these veg activists.
