I have a lot of Gary Moore records, even his first album Spirit. without a doubt he was an amazing aftist . he did not sell too much albums but that means nothing he was not an inspiration for others withozt reason

Gary had a way of phrasing that was melodic, tasty, full of feeling. Empty rooms was a song I wanted to be able to play when I started. His playing touched and influenced guitarist across the globe .

I can't believe the time has moved so fast. I can remember the evening I've read the information about Gary's passing, probably somewhere on the web. I told my brother that one of his favourite guitar players has passed away which made him quite sad. This version always brings tears to my eyes, because of the passion and feeling John always had in his playing. Great cover, I'd love to be on that gig. Not long after the passing of B.B. King I got the chance to take part in a local jam session where we've played "The thrill is gone". That kind of contributing to people who are gone is very rewarding, emotional and unforgettable. If you play on an instrument, I highly recommend that to you. It's epic, no matter how good you are.

Garry died from a simple syndrome,its called of drinking & playing (Playing equals huge stress) then "relaxing" with alcohol,and barely eating,read nutrition..Next morning starts with a breakfast and alcohol..Rehearsal,some alcohol and a new Gig then new celebration of a "best" so far gig..etc.etc.etc.etc.
