John's Kandi - Abandoned GY6 Buggy - WILL IT RUN?

John bought an old, abandoned Buggy from the neighbors.
Kandi two seater, with a GY6 and full suspension!
However, its been sitting for YEARS!
Tucked up in the trees near the shop, it sat with no spark plug in the GY6 head, open to the elements and critters.
Vines and pine straw cover the buggy, but we ain't giving up on it!
