I ate my way to T2 diabetes then turned vegan for ethical reasons and reversed my T2 eating whole food plants, cutting out processed sugar and limiting oil. I've never eaten better and feel great when I eat properly. No more dead bodies in my freezer that I then cooked and ate, It's so bizarre how our mindsets are brainwashed from childhood. Plants are life!

Baking soda water is great for keeping a flat and healthy stomach, as well. Remember to put, Only a small pinch of baking soda, in a cup of water, orange juice, or favorite drink. too much baking soda at once, becomes a powerful laxative…. Sending thoughts of good health and perfect peace✨

He's not lying about diabetics. I was diabetic. My A1C was 13...I went plant base and I brought my A1c down to 5.. my dr was soooo surprised...I no longer needed insulin.. my dr wanted me to start taking metformin and I declined it cause if plant base took me off insulin, plant base can keep me off of medicine. The drs kept telling me once a diabetic always a diabetic... not true... eating how we suppose to eat will reverse that...drs hate when we can find natural ways to be healthy. I got pregnant and they immediately put me on insulin. I took it cause I wanted to help my baby but my sugar levels were going too low. I stopped taking it and the drs thought the insulin was working lol until I was in labor and the nurse told the dr she can't keep giving me insulin cause she had to wake me up twice during the night to give me juice... everything on Google isn't a lie. Do your research

An excellent interview with a wealth of helpful information, John Salley is not only very knowledgeable but good at explaining plant based health information. I like he focused on healthy plant based food ie. potato chips are plant based but they are not healthy, but a baked potato is so healthy and plant based. Our thoughts are very important too, ie. Dr. Kazua Murakami leading geneticist in 2006 completed a study which found laughter and thinking happy thoughts activated 23 genes involved in blood sugar regulation and reduced the blood sugar of the diabetics (type 2) in the study. Our DNA is directly effected by our thoughts, as John Salley mentioned our DNA doesn't change but our genes do they can be turned on or off for a variety of reasons including our thoughts and feelings.

5:34 - Where did he get this info from? I need more information on this: 1. Is it best (or only necessary) to drink only 4oz of baking soda water every hour? 2. Do you put the baking soda in the liter of water, and then drink 4oz, of that liter, every hour; or do you put the baking soda in every time you drink 4oz of water? - OR do you only need to have like 1 4oz glad of baking soda water, per day, and the rest of the liter, that you drink for the remainder of the day, can be just water? 3. Depending on which one of the above methods is correct - How much baking soda do you put in the water; per liter, and/or per 4oz? 4. Where can I get more information on this topic, maybe even besides Mr. Salley.... where did he learn about this?
