Here I have to say that I like both perspectives of the fight between Shadow & Alpha. In the manga, I liked the aspect with Alpha's Blood Mist and destroying John's Smith mask. In the anime I like the intensity and emotions as well as the short choreography in the performance with Shadow. Both manga & anime have different good takes on this fight. Ultimately, I liked the emotions in both the manga and the anime.

I agree that both the manga and anime have their own strengths and weaknesses. In the manga, I liked the way that Alpha's Blood Mist was used to create a sense of suspense and danger. Roll Beatrix down from the list, she didn't deserve to be in the top 5, she is only good in sword technique and a very good adaptive fighter but the way she uses her Magic Power is amateurish (said by Shadow from Ep 20 S1). 2. Beta is physically better than Epsilon but inferior in magic control so they are in the same tier. 3. Delta is physically stronger than Zeta but Zeta's overall abilities (magic control, skills & tricks, etc ) are way better than Delta's (Zeta is like Alpha, a natural-born genius) 4. Iris is a fraud (her artifact was stopped by a fricking crowbar lol), she is way worse than Victoria (former templar leader, survive 3 days 3 nights against a bunch of 1st Child) and obviously way way worse than Kai (former Vegalta 7 swords and former 1st Child from Cult, promoted as named numbers from no. 111 to no. 22) 5. Eta is stronger than Gamma (Gamma is said to be the weakest of 7 shades). I mean Gamma's stats is op except her dex lmao. Eta have sleep disorder but she is cunning mad scientist, I'm not surprised if she can create anti-magic artifacts. 6. Alexia should not be in the list, swap her with Yukime. Claire possessed by Aurora can stay in top 15. 7. 664, 665, 666 (Rose) are the same tier

This episode was really bad compared to manga, in manga fight between alpha and Cid was so much more emotional and has probably the best conversation in the series

I wouldn't say "really bad", I think the episode is just fine, my favourite one so far this season, it's just preference really which version of the fight you may prefer, both deliver the same thing really just in different ways.
