as a goalie, not doing these skating drills are sick, but when it comes time for 1 on 1 training, and movement training, its just as bad, maybe worse

As a goalie for 35 years of my life I always joined in on the bag skates. How is a teammate going to respect you fully without going through their pain? And yes I would go on to do my own movement drills and repetitive drills afterwards.

Pro athletes and this is hard? (and they know its coming in advance) Im sure the smart ones get and are ready for it. What is the "bag skate= ? 3hrs of just different skating only ?

What a horrible coach Torts is expecting his players to come to training camp in shape! I would think the players don’t like it but they respect the purpose of the the drill. I’m sure other teams have some version of getting their players in shape too.
