Can’t believe at 9:27ish he missed getting run over by a few seconds ! Truck crosses the road from the left! Truck would probably have bounced off John he was so tough. Great performance.

Pretty tough training run in the summer. No shade. No Water fountains. All concrete. These guys are lucky it was a rainy day.
