John always made it look too damn easy on stage. Just imagine doing all the things he did, amd did pretty damn flawlessly. I true one of a kind, and music genius. I miss him so, he's right there with all the greats in his music-productions and writing, singing, playing; you name it.

Oh I didn't know John passed. As a teenager in a garage band the three records from the Red era with K.C. were quite mind blowing. Seeing John perform with K.C. on the Starless tour, and on both UK tours and the first Asia tour was truly epic. Whew sad, another of my heros is gone. Thanks for the music and many "mind blown" moments John, r.i.p.

John was always a very nice guy in person as well. I met him the first time during UK and he was actually a very laid-back and humble sort who's career came from playing bass lines for his brother, hence his singing with bass - so a comparison has been drawn between him and Greg Lake for many years. Ironic as hell that they both died from the same illness within mere months of each other. 2 of the greats gone so soon - RIP
