I'm a preacher and I Ain't ever saved anyone's soul. The Lord does that. It's just my job to tell people what HE The Lord can do.

It's a figure of speech, because for a lot of lost souls... preachers are the ones who bring the message.

Hey Mr. preacher. I’m sure that you Have brought a lot of people to the Lord to get saved and that is awesome. But the message in John Anderson song doesn’t imply that he saving anyone he’s sharing his experience and his ability two bring people to the Lord. There’s a lot to be thankful for and yes only the Lord can save. But in my mind John Anderson can bring probably more people to the Lord then a lot of preachers that I know. It’s between the people and the Lord in my mind how they get there doesn’t have to be because of a preacher. I’ve brought people to the Lord to be saved but whether or not they get saved It’s up to the Lord.

We just saw John perform last night at Black bear casino, he did an acoustic set and he was absolutely AMAZING. I screamed out to him "we love you John" and he said he loved us too, what a great show and enjoyed his stories about his time spent with Waylon Jenning''s and Merle Haggard. It was a packed crowd. Alot of younger generations at his concert love to see all of the young and older crowd. Met ALOT of people who said because my dad listened to him when I was young were answers of younger people as to why they were there to see him. ourselves included we were raised up on this iconic man's music. He is a true humble and wonderful man that if we get the chance again we will FOR SURE and highly recommend anyone to see him in concert. Thank you Sir for your amazing gift that you continue to bless and share us with. May God continue to bless you and your family!!!
