Very profound. A wake up call for all of us. These are the end times and advancing rapidly toward the return of Jesus for his bride....but the church is asleep, passive. awake oh sleeper! the alarm has been sounded!! This course on our callings is very needed and a blessing using John and his giftings to work in his calling to prepare and equip God's people so we can all partake in being harvesters of many, many souls. The harvest is ripe. it's time to Heed this warning. To stand up and be counted in the ranks of God's army, to take up our positions , our callings. David took rocks to a sword fight and because he was confident in and loved his Lord he had victory. As Christians we know that even before there's evidence of a situation, problem, circumstance, trials THAT WE HAVE VICTORY !! PRAISE YOU YOUR MAJESTY KING JESUS !!!

I'm 38 and wasted my twenties and thirties because I was angry with God. I pray that it is not too late for me, especially as we have a 1 year old and want to be able to accommodate her walking in her calling.

As I wrote at the close of the previous session, the MOST important reason to fulfill our calling is that it pleases the FATHER!! All rewards, whether here on earth or in eternity are secondary to pleasing HIM!!

It doesn’t say retire. That doesn’t make it wrong, but it does mean we should continue to seek God for how to spend our lives if we are no longer employed in the workplace.

The entire New Testament was written in Greek not Aramaic. Only Jews living in Palestine spoke Aramaic. Greek was the language of the both Jews and Gentiles in the Greco-Roman world.
