God bless you, Mr. Bevere. Your obedience is inspiring, and your passion lifts Jesus up for men to be drawn unto Him. I thank God for you.

I have a son named Anthony, we called him Beeper when he was baby and boy. I still do. I talked about the stories of the bible all the time with my 3 sons. It was the most treasured times of their childhood sitting around for a few hours asking questions about Jesus. Beeper was special in a way my other 2 were not. He was only 13 months and i had my 3rd child. He was very jealous and trying to pull him off my lap during feeding or off the couch. After a short time I went to the Lord very concerned and prayed telling the Lord I couldn't discipline him for it because i didnt want him to think i loved the baby more than him but i couldnt let him hurt the baby to please help me with this and intervene on our behalf.. I truly know during his sleep that night the Lord dealt with his heart for his brother and he never once tried to hurt him again and was his greatest protector thereafter. It was amazing. When i divorced his dad he was 16 and became a cutter. His dad had been abusing us but beating me and my sons witnessed it. I had been in church with my sons and sometimes their dad came but after the divorce i just completely sold out for God. The Lord began annointing my life with prophetic intercession and prophecy with interpretation at church, words of knowledge when i prayed for people and His annointing was becoming very powerful. I say all that because one day i was at church, we had a thanksgiving dinner for the homeless. I made turkeys and was working hard in the kitchen but i knew in my heart i should be out asking the people if they wanted prayer but was hesitant and a bit afraid. As i was thinking deeply about it i heard the Lord say "if you take care of my sons i will take care of yours". Wow. Immediately i left the kitchen and walked up to a young man asking him if i could pray for him. He said yes and you will never guess what his name was. Yep, Anthony (i would have fainted if he had said beeper lol). Anyway the Lord gave him a word as a Son telling him he had a calling, not to get discouraged he would not be homeless for long to be stong and very courages etc. Obedience is better than sacrifice and it will costs us everything but then again it should, it costs God more than we can ever know and He isnt even the one that was reponsible or liable for our departure from Him.. Wow, its breathtaking to contemplate His loving kindness and His astonishing tender mercies. Blessings friends, hope this story wasnt to long...

Building a chapter building a temple building a family building character. Building up a house from the bottom up. Building a new. Building a farm. Building a family home. At the hearth of a fire. I remember clearly watching a priest who I told we are clothed in white with white clothes because God does not want to see us in rags because he doesn't like filth. I am old enough to be sure.

What if you dont want to do what hes called you to do? How am I suppose to do ministry when I dont even want to read the bibls?

you might or might not be called to ministry. seek the Lord with all your heart and He will show up. you have to give up on some things, bub.. we all have to, because He is our exceedingly great reward.
