The goal is to get to Heaven...the rest are welcome bonuses...after verses like without Holiness its impossible to see God, if the days were not shortened even the elect would be deceived etc the lowest of the lowest in Heaven is better than the best this world has to offer..so a gatekeeper in Heaven is a blessing.

There will be millions and millions of children. All those millions of aborted children are in heaven, I KNOW IT!! I believe the Lord revealed that to me when my Little brother passed away pre maturely in 2008, dec 25th(SORRY T.M.I). I would be blessed to be just a keeper at the door or to do something physical to maintain his creation! Hahaha I work with my hands so that's what I imagine I'll be doing If I am worthy of any crowns or rewards, I will forfeit them to Christ and the Holy Spirit because they keep me from turning back like Lots wife. I'm the weakest link even if I don't look like it. NEVER AGAIN! Narrow is the way, few will find it! I pray for my generation that they LIVE holy! And I pray more people in their 20's lead by example, offering themselves as a LIVING sacrifice. Titus 2 😊

We as Christians shouldn't focus on the rewards of heaven, but fixing our eyes on Jesus and having a relationship with him is the best reward anyone can have😊
@FoursideAssetManagement11 күн бұрын
The "rewards" are the other souls that are led to Christ through our personal ministries. The love of those we served in life is the only "extra reward" given. In this capacity, we should greatly care about "the reward."
@CrusaderZealot11 күн бұрын
Paul said he was running his race in a way to win and he is encouraging us to do the same. Rewards actually reflects our walk with Christ. Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize. Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that will not last, but we do it to get a crown that will last forever. Therefore I do not run like someone running aimlessly; I do not fight like a boxer beating the air. No, I strike a blow to my body and make it my slave so that after I have preached to others, I myself will not be disqualified for the prize. 1 Corinthians 9:24-27

@FoursideAssetManagement Yes, for sure.
@Anna-uy3gz11 күн бұрын
@CrusaderZealot Yea, but let say if you didn't get a reward, would you stop following Christ? Are you running that race for Christ or for the reward? Honestly, I don't think we should even expect a reward from God. He gave up His own life for us on the cross so we could be happy with Him forever. He deserves us loving Him with all of our hearts. Love for God is above all rewards. I learned that when I experienced God's love for me, and He gave me a feeling what it feels like to love Him after that feeling of love, I felt terrible that I lack so much love. When you read the Bible, pay attention to love. Jesus taught a lot about love. Love your neighbor.. love your enemies... love God with all of your heart and mind... God is love...if you don't have love, you have nothing... If you have that deep love for God, you will do anything for Him, and you won that race in life, and you won't expect anything in return bc you will feel complete in Christ.

My husband and I met as teens. He was raised catholic and I was Born Again..I got saved at 8 years old. then my parents fell away from the church due to a jealous pastor. My husband was never sure if Jesus is the son of God or just a great man. I made it my adult life’s mission to bring him to Jesus. We are now in our mud 40’s and he’s still not sure. I have been on fire for Jesus for the past 4 years, and my husband has been pushing away from me, falling out of love. He recently said he is considering divorce. I have heard more and more of this happening to unevenly yoked couples. I feel like there is a supernatural battle going on for the un saved spouses. I pray for every couple going through this incredibly hurtful and horrible situation. I pray our spouses are woken up by the Holy Spirit. Jesus didn’t choose perfect people to be his disciples and I didn’t choose a perfect man for my husband, I was young and didn’t realize it would come to this someday. I pray in faith that God will reach in and take the blinders off. in Jesus Holy Name AMEN!! 🙏🏼

Tell your husband that time is passing, Christ is returning with a sword. Your husband will have Christ's blessing or wrath. That is it. Those are his choices. There shall be zero excuses and zero bargaining. Also, tell him that I, as a redeemed child of God who has done more bad and gone further off the path than he could hope, says that he is a quantifiably stupid coward. He is the warm water that God shall spit out. Time is passing. Christ shall return with a sword. His blessing and wrath shall be instant, extreme, and eternal. Your husband gets one or the other. Choose now. Time is passing, and Christ shall return with a sword.

hi would love to talk to your husband and prove that Jesus is God, God who came in His Flesh. I was rejecting Jesus, the Trinity, and the Bible 4.5 years ago until God saved me from hell, unbelief, and demonic attacks. Once I found Jesus in all of the Bible, my faith and my love for the Word of God came back. I had tough times with my wife for 2 years and she wanted to divorce me but God helped me, gave me strength and she didn't and now we read the Bible together. I pray for all my kids that they will be saved to.

@harmonyj_nova - interesting how you've described this. This seems to be happening to us but it's confusing because there are a number of things that have become prioritized over us as a couple. I think my wife is saved, but I pray for her and our children, not knowing for sure if they are. I just want us all born again and loving the Lord Jesus. I do believe the separation of wheat and tares is the Lord's doing, however, marriage is different. It's a 3-way covenant and God hates divorce. We're not exactly happy in our marriage but I know God hates divorce so that's not really an option. If I am to suffer for the Lord then so be it. I'll remember you tonight in my prayers and will pray for you and your husband to make it through this fiery trial.

Indeed. Only the Bible does talk about rewards even IN heaven. Rewards that are given for the way we live and behave here on earth as Christians. Even those, who botch up that, still get entrance to heaven, like that thief on the cross besides Jesus, just because a person turned to Jesus. But somehow Jesus will reward those, who paid a higher price. Can't argue with that. It is in your Bible too.

We are baptized into the body by the spirit, without water and without man, this is the 1 baptism Paul speaks of in 1 Corinthians 12 Even Eph 1:13 shows the steps of faith 13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise 1-hear 2-believe 3-trust 4-sealed (Spirit baptism-no water or human) Be blessed

Salvation is an equal reward for all, not through works (so that no one can boast) rather through faith. (Ephesians 2:8) When you refer to those who's MINISTRY burns, the fruits of the ministry WERE the Reward. In other words, a Prophets "reward" are the souls that turned to Christ. A Teacher's reward are the souls who turned to Christ through godly teaching. In other words, our Reward in heaven is the love of one another. It is NOT possible for a Christian to EARN a "greater heaven" because we are not justified through works. (Galations 2:16) That being said, God loves each of us in a unique way and yes, each of us will receive healing, comfort, and love that is unique to us. Teaching Christians that they can earn a "higher heaven" than others is not only unbiblical, but betrays the truth that we cannot earn anything through works, rather, it is the work of CHRIST who perfects us when we submit to him in faith and obedience.
@WikedLovely19 күн бұрын
There will be an actual government and Kingdom in Heaven. Parable of the workers in the field is salvation for all who put their faith in Jesus...parable of the talents are the rewards for the workers. Think about the detail of the workings of the temple in the old testament...all the Isrealites were God's chosen people but not everyone got to minister at the temple. There will be different levels in Heaven meaning different responsibilities. Those at lower levels won't have put in the effort to really get to know Jesus on Earth...and won't have any idea they are missing out on authority and responsibilities given to others.
@FoursideAssetManagement9 күн бұрын
@WikedLovely1 the parable of the trustworthy servant does not mean differing heavens for believers, it means precisely what it says: God will trust you with duties: that does not mean you are better than others or deserve a "higher heaven." Isaiah teaches that our "righteous deeds are like dirty rags before the Lord." Jesus teaches that "no one is good" but God alone. Luke 17:10 teaches, "when you have done everything you were told to do, you should say, ‘We are unworthy servants; we have only done our duty.'" and again, "the work of God is this: believe in the one he has sent." Be humble and serve Christ with trembling.

@@FoursideAssetManagement The Bible speaks rather often of different rewards for different people: Matthew 16:27 For the Son of Man is going to come with his angels in the glory of his Father, and then he will repay each person *_according to what he has done._* Revelation 22:12 Behold, I am coming soon, bringing my recompense with me, to repay each one *_for what he has done._* 2 Corinthians 5:10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that *_each one may receive what is due_* for what he has done in the body, whether good or evil. @@WikedLovely1 are you suggesting that some will be "closer" to him in the kingdom? When Christ gave himself on the cross, there was no greater love that he could give, and yet while you and I were in Sin, he died for us. What you have suggested here and elsewhere is deeply unbiblical. It is God's will that ALL receive the fullness of Christ. See Ephesians 4: " So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ."

We are awarded crowns for various works that we lovingly do for God, and for loving His return. Then, like the elders, we have crowns we can cast at Jesus feet. Don't you want something you can cast, instead of coming up empty handed and your time on earth not invested in eternal pursuits for the glory of God? Remember the UNPROFITABLE servant was cast away. So, one top comment said ''We shouldn't focus on the rewards in heaven, but fixing our eyes on Jesus." This is true, and I want to pinpoint one idea: why shouldn't we focus on the rewards? Many reasons, such as ''let no one boast in anything but in the Lord''. But, the reason I want to mention is this: when we run the race, and we focus on the rewards, it will make our running and our attempts less effective. Only when we truly focus on the Lord Christ, *that* is when we run as we ought to. I view it the very same as I view love. How will we love our loved ones the best? Not by having the most love for them, but by having the most love for Christ, since Christ was the one that had the greatest and purest love. God bless you, friend.

Paul wanted to present every believer perfect before God. We will be judged and rewarded according to what we do. 2 Tim 2:19-21 Paul tells us what happens to a believer who doesn't purge themselves of their iniquity, but they are still in God's House. God has not predetermined our position and our rewards. We still have a judgment coming that will determine that. The more we are "about our Father's business" the better our reward. Our reward will be Glory.
@kris787876 күн бұрын
@bugsocsollie1694 Jesus told his disciples that if they were faithful they would sit on 12 thrones and judge the 12 tribes of Israel. I totally believe that the Father predestined what their roles/callings were in the Millennial Kingdom, but we have to be faithful to receive that.
@bugsocsollie16946 күн бұрын
@kris78787 We don't receive that. The Disciples will receive that. We do not rule on earth with Christ. We rule over the earth and over the Angels (1 Cor 6:2-3). On earth they will be equal to the Angels (Luke 20:36). Israel's doctrine is not for the Body of Christ Church. They will be on earth forever. We will be in Heaven forever. 2 Cor 5:1
@kris787876 күн бұрын
@bugsocsollie1694 I know we don't receive that, that's their specific calling God already chose for them. If the Father knows the plans for the 12 disciples then why wouldn't He know the plans for us too? You don't think the Father is in control and already knows everything? He is God, He chooses and we are faithful to walk it out. Just like He chose the disciples plans. He already knows everything. He knew us before we were even born, and every one of our days was already written down before we ever even lived them.

John, l had to pass this onto you, a speck in a crown is made from good deeds. A simple act of kindness for/in Christ holding the door open for someone is a pin dot of the silver used in the making of a crown, as greater deeds can even be larger designs or then even gems for certain acts, the largest red gem in the center on a crown signifies Jesus, the day of accepting Jesus as Lord. I have a feeling your crown is in gold with many gems and like signets in military with different ranks we will all recognize positions. And the best part is like your trophies..we all will throw them away, but to where they belong at the feet of Jesus. What a great day of emotion that will be. Love you brethren and still in faith for the day to have a seat at the table

Just two cents here: when we talk about our journey with Christ, I don’t think the focus should be on how He rewards us… I guess initially, that is how we all start out, thinking about the ways he’ll bless us. But when someone REALLY reflects and see how great he is, our decisions and actions throughout life should be because of the love and respect we have for him. Also, it shows lack of humility when we start talking about past accomplishments or all the good things we do that many others may not know about… It’s a different scenario if someone is asking specific questions on interview, but… I bring these up because this is my first time watching your video, and I really wanted to be a fan, but I was put off when you started giving yourself credit for your past championships and the good things you say you do.

This is exactly how I felt too.. I've tried getting into him but I think this is the idea of most pentecostal pastors. Many I've seen focus on this and creating this twisted hierarchy to feel better. Maybe he battles with knowing he's going to heaven because he feels the need to prove it. But, I can't listen it him as much anymore. The doctrine isn't right. We have to be careful of what we believe when hearing from Mormons, Catholics, pentecostal and other doctrines because they all have a few unbiblical ideas.

My rewards come from Jesus dying on the cross, based on what hes done, not on what i have done. We obey without expecting anything in return, because we love Jesus, plain and simple. The same way we love our enemies, without expecting anything in return. We are called to love, in faith, regardless of what we get. I could do all of the most wonderful works in the world for Jesus, and hit every feet imaginable. And the only reward i would be happy with is being with my creator for eternity. My rewards will be given to me according to what Jesus has done. Nothing more, nothing less. There is nothing i did to earn what i have been given, its all by the grace of God.

Phil 🇬🇧 Hey guys, my “concern”, if you will, is that if you’re living this life focussed on maximising your “reward” in heaven, are you really living from the right motivation? You’d be Living to Better your self, you’re outcome. When we ought to be living to please shim, for Jesus, to please Jesus, to glorify His name? And could this, therefore, play you into Matt 7:22?
@AshePBlack17 күн бұрын
Motive matters but rewards are a nice perk but see this is why we are each on own with Jesus, we are all diff, rewards are tailored to us

Matthew 6:19-21. Jesus calls his disciples to have a heavenly rewards mindset. Hebrews 11:6 also talks about this idea of only through faith can we approach God and be pleasing to him while believing he will reward us. James 4:10 if we live pursuing humility, it is God who will exalt us. Revelation 21:12-14 Jesus says his is coming soon to bring his recompense for the things we've done and indicates that one of these rewards will be the right to have access to the tree of life. In that passage it would seem that God hangs salvation for the individual on having a heart that is set on obtaining the heavenly rewards.

@Will-ev3pc11 күн бұрын
@@FoursideAssetManagement Maybe that is true. If it is, that would be great. However, I think there is more to it than that. I believe the rewards will be an increased capacity to experience God's love to a greater extent while also receiving greater responsibilities of leadership in service of the heavenly temple into eternity. When the disciples were arguing about who would be the greatest in the kingdom of heaven, Jesus confirmed for them that some truly will be greater than others. He also spoke of some being given the experience of Christ Jesus serving them to an extent in heaven. I certainly don't believe the rewards to be anything as empty as gold, jewels, or anything like it. The rewards will certainly be of far greater value than a mountain of gold or diamonds.
@FoursideAssetManagement11 күн бұрын
@@Will-ev3pc it is important to use scripture: Christ teaches the opposite, that disciples will receive an equal reward regardless of "time or labor spent." See Matthew 20:1 I am not a more deserving Christian because I have ministered more than others. Should I get a "better heaven" than someone who was kept in darkness longer and suffered longer? Teaching separate heavens is pride, and works based religion. This is a dangerous teaching.
