@JohnBuildsIt2 жыл бұрын
Thank you!! I do have a bed video and plans that I think could very easily be modified to match this if you want to check it out. It’ll actually make the build way easier. Probably just leave the legs square, not add the moldings, and then just personal preference if you want to add the grooves in the panels or just leave them square to match this better. You’ll see what I mean if you check it out 👍🏽

Question- Do you apply Rubio to all of the hardwood surfaces including the interior of the dresser and the rear hardwood stretchers? Thanks John! Can't wait for this to go in the baby's room. 😊

Id just do the bottom of the top panel, since that’s such a large panel you want both sides to be finished equally for expansion and contraction. The rest of the interior will be fine without though 👍🏽

I really like this. I want to try and make my daughter a dresser for her spare room. The drawer fronts and sides will match the design of her kitchen and bathroom cabinets. I've used dowels and biscuits before, but not on anything this big. Are using dowels and glue more durable to attach the sides to the base than using pocket screws? Thanks.

Thanks for the video, one of your best yet. Beautiful wood. Great design choices. Spot on craftsmanship. Very impressive. I'm a fan of dowels as well. I really like the Milescraft JointPro. I find it faster to make and apply, or at least it feels less tedious.
