Dawg mail deliverability is always a concern, but I’ve found that Go High Level’s features help to improve it significantly.

Absolutely - even on the $97 plan, you as still an "Agency" owner... just an agency of 1 (or 2)

Hi John, I used my Gmail SMTP service and tried to send a mass mailing to all my list asking them to update there preferences. I can see it was a bad idea since my Gmail account was suspended by gmail. Do you recommend I switch to Lead connector? Or do you have a technique that I should use to update the preferences of my 4000 leads.

Yes, I can see that happening. Gmail SMTP is really not designed for mass mailing. We personally use Lead Connector and have 99% deliverability

Nope they are actually 2 different things! SSL keeps your site secure, dedicated sending domain helps your emails deliver effectively - good idea for a future video!

Lead Connector is GHL's built-in email system and it has some additional integrations like click tracking and auto bounce handling that is much harder (or impossible) to set up with external mail services
